Whilst still in the early start-up phase, Circ's technology is capable of recycling two tons of textile waste a day, with plans to expand into other fibre such as spandex. \u003C/p>","\u003Cp>Circ’s chemical recycling process involves a combination of water, heat, pressure, and chemicals, which separates mixed polymer streams, specifically any blend of polyester and cotton. This process results in a recovery of 90% of the original materials with the integrity of the fibers in tact.
